One record per category. Where a discount range is published, it is here. Where one isn’t, it says so rather than filling the gap with a number that sounds good.
Prescriptions at the counter or posted to you. The widest range on the program, and the reason most households join.
Over-the-counter vitamins and supplements, ordered through the program.
Monitors, test strips, lancets and the consumables that go with them.
Wheelchairs, walkers, braces, hospital beds and similar equipment.
Blood work and standard panels ordered by your own doctor.
Imaging at contracted centers. The narrowest range on the program, and the highest floor.
Eye examinations, frames, lenses and contacts.
Testing, devices and fitting through network providers.
Adjustments and ongoing treatment. A high floor, because the rates are set per visit.
Office visits and hospital charges at participating providers. Extends to family.
Acupuncture, massage therapy, naturopathy and related practice.
Cleanings, fillings and routine dentistry. The largest network on the program.
Counseling and therapy through network providers.
Help for the person doing the caring, not only the person being cared for.
Speak to a doctor by phone or video, at any hour, without an appointment.
Someone to deal with the system on your behalf — finding providers, chasing paperwork, sorting billing disputes.
Veterinary savings. Included because the vet bill is a household expense like any other.
No categories on that plan. That should not happen — if you are seeing this, something is wrong with the page.
The percentages come from the published discount schedules. Where a category is a service rather than a negotiated rate — telehealth, advocacy, caregiver support — there is no percentage to quote, because you are not being given a discount on a price. You are being given the thing itself.
Where a category has no published range at all, it says so. We would rather leave a gap than fill it with a number we cannot stand behind.
Tell us what you actually spend on and which state you are in, and we will work out whether the categories you use are worth the plan they sit on.
